We have got partners to perform various services necessary for our business – tickets booking and delivering, car rentals, credit cards processing etc. We will share only that Personal Information with these other companies they require to fulfill your orders. For any reason to cancel any reservation of our services: The Cancellation has to be minimum 3 days (72 Hours) earlier than arrival time. In this case any made payment will be refunded. If the cancellation is preceded in the period less than 3 days (72 hours), no made pre payment will be refunded.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy for Tours, activities and airport transfers: For cancellations up to 7 days before tour, activity or transfer date there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations within 4 days of tour, activity or transfer date, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations within 48 hours of tour, activity or transfer date, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee. We cannot give any refund on no-shows for tours, activities or airport transfers. For large groups, please refer to your agent for the cancellation policy and booking requirements.
In order to confirm your reservation, we kindly request %25 of total price via PayPal or Payoneer. As soon as we receive your confirmation regarding above recommended itinerary, we will send you a PayPal request.
Paypal does not need any membership. Customers who does not have Paypal account, also can fill the form sent by Paypal or Payoneer and complete the payment in secure.
As soon as we receive your deposite payment via Paypal or Payoneer, we will create your travel voucher and send you an email.
For remaining %75 of payment you will pay at our agency after you complete your services.
Cancelleatiom process for shore excursions and daily tours
Shore excursions and Daily tours ( without flights) can be cancelled untill 48 hours before of arrival without any extra charges.( except hot air balloon ride and airplane tickets.) If the tours cancelled less than 48 hours of arrival % 100 of total tour cost will apply as No Show. Important. If the booking made through one of our local offices ex-Turkey that local rules and conditions apply as per the region purchased.
Cancellation Policy for hotel accommodations
Up to two weeks before check-in date there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 1 week of the check-in date we will charge a fee equal to 1 night accommodation. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation we will charge the full amount of your hotel reservation. We cannot give any refund on no shows for hotel accommodations.
Cancellation Policy for Turkish Airlines Flight Tickets
For cancellations up to one month before departure, we will charge a flight penalty of 10 Euros per ticket. From 1 week until 1 month before departure, we will charge a 30% cancellation fee. Within 1 week of departure, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee. We cannot give any refund on no-shows for flight tickets. Promotional fares offered by airlines are non-refundable, non-changeable. The above-stated policy applies only for Turkish Airline flights. For all other airlines, please contact us for their individual cancellation restrictions.
Pick up And Drop-Off
Pickup from and drop-off to other locations is available at extra charge. Customers are required to be in the reception of their hotel at the appointed time, if they fail to be there they are still charged the cost of the tour and are not entitled to any refund. Customers are generally picked up within 15 minutes of the appointed time.
In order to claim the right to a refund or change the booking, the cancellation must be done according to the rules described in Cancellations. No refunds are authorized for any trip that has already commenced.

Booking Conditions – Please Read Carefully
1- Catch Your Holiday accepts bookings subject to the following Booking Conditions. A `Client` is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with Catch Your Holiday . A `Product` is any service sold by Catch Your Holiday. All Clients will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all Booking Conditions. To confirm a booking Catch Your Holiday requires that the agent has taken full payment of all monies due. A contract between the Client and Catch Your Holiday comes into existence when Catch Your Holiday has confirmed the booking in writing and issued a Confirmation. The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions) warrants that s/he has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names appear thereon, and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions. The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. No employees or representatives of Catch Your Holiday has any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, not to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of Catch Your Holiday, unless such be in writing and signed by the Director of Catch Your Holiday. Catch Your Holiday reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation.
2- The payment of the required deposit or full payment for a reservation on an escorted or independent tour package constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained in this site. We will bill your credit card based on the daily exchange rate stated by the Central Bank of Turkey for the specific date of the transactions, which are including VAT tax in effect at present. We are not responsible for additional credit card fees or discrepancies assessed by your local bank.
BOOKING PROCEDURES DEPOSITS
INDIVIDUAL HOTEL RESERVATIONS
A 25% deposit is required upon booking and the full balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival date.
ALL PACKAGE TOURS
A 25% deposit is required upon booking and the full balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival date of the services commencement.
Full non-refundable amount is required at time of booking.
Special Terms and Conditions will be issued at the time of booking based on different services to be rendered. However full balances are required 3 months prior to commencement of services.
INDIVIDUAL HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Prior to 40 days to check in, 1 night charge will be applied. Prior to 20 days to check in, no refund will be given.
FOR ALL PACKAGES
- If cancelled after the first payment, 70% of the deposit will be charged as penalty.
- If cancelled 44 days prior to arrival, 55% of the total amount of the package will be charged as penalty.
- If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival 65% of the total amount of the package will be charged as penalty.
- If cancelled 29 days prior to arrival, no refund is given.
Not refundable if cancelled within 50 days of departure.
REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
Once a service has commenced, no refunds can be made for any specific tour, accommodation, sightseeing and other services not taken. No refund is given for a partially used Product.
Please consult your travel agent or the airline for the applicable penalties and/or restrictions. If passengers purchase non-refundable air tickets, Catch Your Holiday cannot be responsible in the event a tour is cancelled.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR RATES
Land rates do not include international flights between the countries and domestic flights in the country, unless stated in the itinerary. Any expenses in the passport costs, visas, airport departure taxes, photography fees payable at admission sites, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified on the itineraries, all personal expenses incurred at the hotels and the customary tips to drivers and guides, which are left to passengers discretion are not included.
CHANGES IN YOUR PROGRAM
Catch Your Holiday reserves the right to change your current hotels, domestic flights, ferry and bus tickets without a notice as some situations are beyond our control. Extra fees and penalties will apply on any flight, hotel, tour or schedule changes made by the clients during touring.
Catch Your Holiday is responsible in making all the arrangements for everything specified in the services and itineraries. All of the carriers, hotels and other services provided in which we bring together in our tours work as independent contractors and are not agents or employees of the company. Nevertheless, all of the service provided bears Catch Your Holiday guarantee and responsibility for quality service, which we provide all of our customers with. All travel documents issued by Catch Your Holiday, in written paraphernalia or to the customer, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey. In case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the company, than Catch Your Holiday is responsible in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives. Any resulting difference resulting from customer`s choice of the alternatives, shall be payable by the customer during their stay. Luggage is carried at the owner`s risk and luggage insurance is recommended.
Adequate insurance is mandatory for all Clients to cover at least but not limited to medical and repatriation expenses, loss of luggage and cancellation or curtailment of a Product and should not exclude any planned adventure activities from the time of booking for the full duration of the Product as a minimum. A Client and his personal belongings are the sole responsibility of himself. Catch Your Holiday accepts no liability on the Client`s behalf where Catch Your Holiday has provided a Product of reasonable standard. Clients are fully responsible for arranging their own insurance.
LIABILITY OF Catch Your Holiday
Catch Your Holiday Products and in particular, adventure activities, contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the Client that other package holidays may not contain. By accepting these Booking Conditions Clients are aware of the risks inherent in their chosen travel and Clients undertake such risks at their own volition. Catch Your Holiday accepts no liability of Client`s damages where Catch Your Holiday has fulfilled its Duty of Care to Clients by providing Products of a reasonable standard. Catch Your Holiday accepts no liability if there has been no fault on the part of Catch Your Holiday or its` suppliers, and the reason for the claimed damages was either the Client`s fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of Catch Your Holiday by force majeure and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care.
In respect of carriage by air, sea and rail and the provision of accommodation, Catch Your Holiday`s liability in the said cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions. Catch Your Holiday accepts no liability if additional costs to the Client are incurred through delay, accident or disruption of the Product(s) beyond the control of Catch Your Holiday by force majeure.
It is the responsibility of the Clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents. Catch Your Holiday is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by Catch Your Holiday but without liability.
HEALTH AND CONDUCT
All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. Any Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve Catch Your Holiday from any obligations and liability.
CLIENT EXCLUSION AND LOCAL LAW
Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of Catch Your Holiday`s and its supplier`s employees and representatives whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a Client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour without prior notice or any liability on the part of Catch Your Holiday. In the case of Client ill health, Catch Your Holiday may make such arrangements as it sees fit and recover the costs thereof from the Client. Passengers agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they travel. Catch Your Holiday shall not be liable to any Clients who commit illegal or unlawful acts whilst on tour.

1- What does the price of the tour include?
Answer: Our price includes services of the professional licensed tour guide, private air conditioned vehicle with the driver, all entrance fees stated in the program, delicious lunch, petrol and parking fees.
2- What means professional licensed guide?
Answer: Taking tour with the professional licensed guide is very important. Guides in Turkey and worldwide are studying for 4 years to get the license and pass special exams in language skills. If you read 1 book about Turkey, they read a lot of them; besides consider their experience in this field.
3- What kind of vehicle will be provided?
Answer: Our agency provides you with the comfortable air conditioned vehicle such as Mercedes Vito with the driver. Please inform us if you need a special vehicle with the ramp (for wheel chairs).
4- Have I pay for anything else extra during the tour?
Answer: As it was told above, the provided prices include services of the tour guide; air conditioned vehicle with the driver, entrance and parking fees, lunch. You will spend money extra only if you would like to buy a small souvenir for your family somewhere during the tour.
5- What kind of meals are given for a lunch during the tour?
Answer: Lunch is given in the restaurants with the garden outside of the city offering open buffet, thus you can choose what to eat yourself. Please do not forget to inform us if you have ant special requirements (vegetarian food or any other requests relating your health).
6- Is there any public transport going to Ephesus?
Answer: Yes, there are minibuses called dolmush going to Ephesus. As a matter of fact they will drop you off at the main road and then you will have to walk about 15 minutes; after visiting Ephesus you will exit the city at the upper gate of Ephesus, where you can take only a taxi to your hotel or at least till the dolmus station. We do not recommend you to use the public transport if you are short of time.
7-Is it possible to take a taxi till Ephesus?
Answer: Of course. There are taxi station practically at every corner in Kusadasi. Remember that the taxi fees till Ephesus will costs to you as well as the tour with the agency. Besides you will have to pay extra for entrance fees to the sights, for lunch, and of course you will have to walk on your own without any tour guide!
8- Is it possible to do some shopping after the tour?
Answer: If you have more free time and would like to do some shopping, feel free to discuss it with your tour guide, as Turkey is known with its carpets, ceramics, leather and textile. The guide can bring you to some of the shopping centers recommended by our agency where you surely will get high quality, best service and price. If you will not find something you are looking for, you can make an order and we can also arrange the delivery of the bought item to you. If you do not want to make any shopping, just tell your tour guide about it and he/she will bring you back to your hotel/port when the tour is over.
